First, th...I think it's great for two reasons.<br /><br />First, the flavor profile of MM is on the softer side, so if there is one bourbon I could think of that would really allow variations in the barrel to shine, it's MM.<br /><br />Second: although they're not as articulate in the video about it as they might be, I think it's important that they're not just pulling barrels from a specific corner of the warehouse, or mixing up their batches to hit a different flavor profile. They're actually changing the production process.
