You can make a whiskey speciality with Straight Biurbon, less than 4 years old, and not put the age on the label. i dont even believe it is legal to put the age on the Whiskey Speciality, but I am not positive on that matter. I feel the same way, you in the article c...Chuck, <br /><br />I feel the same way, you in the article clearly state that it has to be something other than straight bourbon or there would be the requirement of an age statement. If it is straight bourbon and they aren't putting a statement then they are in violation of the law.<br /><br />Which as you have pointed out before, things are at times skirted. (Al Young putting the blend percentages?)
