You may only own one license per individual.<br /><br />They take it a step further in NY and prevent group buying or liquor store chains. <br /><br />That is not to say that some companies haven't gotten around it by putting licenses in multiple family members names and using a centralized consulting company to make the stores uniform. <br /><br />Something to keep in mind when larger scale companies get involved is that they usually like to carry only what is going to make the most profit for them.
